As a founding member, you will determine product decisions and take ownership of complete end-to-end workflows, ensuring outstanding quality of service. • Build and maintain ingestion pipelines for both structured and unstructured data sources
• Develop seamless integrations over REST & MCP
• Build agents using the latest AI models
• Evaluate agents for precision, recall, and accuracy to ensure flawless performance
• Develop components with 99.99% availability
• Translate complex customer requirements into delightful and user-friendly feature implementations

• Bachelor's or equivalent experience, or Master's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Proficiency in core computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and system design
• 10+ years of experience in product development and composition, with a proven track record of building high efficiency and low-latency applications
• Demonstrated ability as a self-starter, capable of driving projects from inception to completion
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex ideas and influence others through well-reasoned explanations
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with CI/CD technologies and guidelines
• Proficiency with any of the major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• A collaborative approach with a dedication to crafting an inclusive and innovative work environment

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
