The Opportunity

About the Team

Our small, highly leveraged team defines the monetization approach for the whole company. This role concentrates on opportunities in the Digital Experience business, especially Experience Cloud. The goal is to influence the product roadmap for meaningful results. We do this through initiatives that refine pricing and packaging for both new and existing products.

What You'll Do
  • Drive team success by advancing product usage reporting and providing sales and services teams with actionable insights.
  • Develop and present arguments that clearly articulate strategy, financial impact, and return on investment to executive partners.
  • Collect, standardize, and analyze empirical data (e.g., sales, usage) across Adobe's product portfolio.
  • Lead strategic discussions with customers, sales, and customer success units to ensure accurate data availability and customer value realization.
  • Build customer-facing reports and datasets to support account teams.
  • Maintain and coordinate backend datasets, ensuring alignment between contract lifecycles and reporting systems.
  • Build and conduct qualitative and quantitative customer research.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Strong analytical approach with high initiative and a strategic, quantitative outlook.
  • Experience leading medium to large-scale initiatives.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data management.
  • Ability to simplify complex problems, quickly identify core issues, and frame effective solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail, balanced with comfort navigating ambiguity.
  • Excellent executive communication, presentation, and upward-influencing skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Flexibility to prioritize tasks in response to changing requirements.
  • Proven ability to drive alignment and progress in a large, matrixed organization.
  • Background in data analysis, central initiatives, and project management.
  • 5-7 years of relevant professional experience.
  • MBA preferred, or equivalent experience in business.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $148,100 -- $282,100 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In California, the pay range for this position is $194,800 - $282,100

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
