The Director Region & Customer Commercialization will lead the team responsible for translating channel commercialization strategies into local commercial tactics by empowering the local regions to develop and implement channel-centric plans that meet the local needs of the market. The Director will work collaboratively with the Region leadership, RGM team and Consumer Connections to maximize the local Region commercial plan. The Director will also work collaboratively with the corporate customer teams on the creation and implementation of frontline sales commercial communications (Picture of Success, or PicOS) that translates to specific action-oriented accountabilities of frontline sales associates. The Director will identify and provide marketing resources to effectively assist in both Region and Customer plan creation to enable successful implementation of company-wide commercial strategy. This position will be corporate based, with up to 50% travel required. Duties & Responsibilities
