As a Project Manager on the Marketing Communications team, you'll be responsible for managing, planning, monitoring and reporting on key projects from conception through implementation. You will be driving a variety of tasks. You will manage project details, assets, data collection, reporting and communication to successfully drive project efforts.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Influence customer journeys and identify opportunities to simplify and enhance the user experience.
• Drive process innovation and implementation of new technologies to gain efficiency and improve accuracy.
• Develop multi-tactic communication plans and manage through implementation.
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination to ensure stakeholder alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure all are delivered on time, within budget and meet high quality standards and expectations.
• Track costs and performance, service levels and other metrics required to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
• Perform other duties as requested.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM

Required Qualifications

• Expert user in Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel
• Experience using AI tools to maximize efficiency
• Understanding of database architecture, indexing strategies, normalization, and transaction management
• Proficiency in developing web-based communication strategies that support internal and external messaging goals
• Ability to prioritize and organize effectively and manage multiple projects and assignments
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with peers and project members
• Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced matrixed organization
• Ability to read, write and speak the English language to communicate with employees, customers, suppliers, in person, on the phone, and by written communication in a clear, straightforward, and professional manner.
  
  
• Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience
• Experience:
  • Project management experience, 2-5 years' experience
    
• Working Conditions:
  • Full time
  • Office environment
  • Some travel required
  • This position is eligible to work in a hybrid work model (combination of in-office and remote days)
