GENERAL FUNCTION

The EssilorLuxottica Brand Manager, Lenses is responsible for leading the development and driving the execution of strategies and tactics to grow the Essilor lens portfolio. Work in close partnership with cross functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Pricing, Operations, and Supply Chain, the Brand Manager helps bring initiatives to life and ensures strong alignment from strategy through execution. As a core member of the Lens Product Marketing team, this role plays a key part in advancing the lens business and elevating the Essilor brand in the market.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Oversee the development and execution of targeted programs and promotions, including support for national B2B and B2B2C initiatives.
  • Monitor competitive offerings and market trends to effectively position and differentiate Essilor's brands.
  • Align with the Global Marketing Team to integrate new product innovations and technology enhancements into the product portfolio with new product launches to the US market
  • Facilitate Channel alignment, to ensure that effective communication and growth activation plans are put in place
  • Ensure sales collateral and demonstration tools are available to support effective brand positioning by the Sales team.
  • Facilitate alignment with commercial teams, to ensure that effective communication and growth activation plans are put in place
  • Partner with analytics, agencies, and cross functional teams to measure program performance, analyze sales results, and identify key drivers and trends.
  • Develop accurate sales and volume forecasts to ensure Supply Chain is properly stocked to meet demand for existing and new products.
  • Work with internal teams to develop a comprehensive Trade Media Plan
  • Champion the brand portfolio internally to ensure cross functional teams understand the category and align their plans accordingly.
  • Develop innovative growth strategies and clearly communicate recommendations to leadership.
  • Collaborate with agencies and external partners to localize marketing materials and develop customized branded content that aligns with brand voice across digital, CRM, and in store touchpoints.
  • Ensure legal compliance with all plans, programs and initatives
  • Meticulously track and report budget
  • Travel as required to meetings, trainings, and tradeshows


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS



  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 years of progressive marketing experience, or a graduate degree with a minimum of 6 years of marketing experience.
  • Prior experience in the optical, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry preferred.
  • Strong marketing expertise with a results driven mindset.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, including business case development and program ROI analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow through.
  • Self motivated with the ability to work independently and drive results.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate effectively across cross functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
