Insight is excited to announce our 2026 Summer Internship program! We are looking for motivated rising college seniors to join our 10-week, full-time, paid internship starting on June 1, 2026.

We are seeking a motivated Cloud Platform Intern pursuing a relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong individual initiative, curiosity, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.Candidates should have foundational knowledge of at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), including core concepts such as compute, storage, networking, and identity. Exposure to DevOps practices (CI/CD, automation, infrastructure-as-code) and a general awareness of AI/ML services or use cases in the cloud is highly desirable.A foundational cloud certification (e.g., AWS Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, or equivalent) is preferred, or the candidate should be actively studying toward achieving one. Above all, we value individuals who take ownership of their learning, proactively seek out challenges, and show a strong desire to build real-world cloud, DevOps, and AI platform skills.

Basic Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in an accredited Undergraduate degree program in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Have an anticipated graduation date of December 2026 or May 2027
• Available for the full internship duration from June 1 to August 7, 2026
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule on-site at our Charlotte, NC OR Columbus, OH office

Responsibilities:

Interns will gain hands-on experience withMicrosoft Cloud, AI and Data technologieswhile supporting client-facing and internal projects. Activities may include:

• Exploring and building AI solutions usingMicrosoft CopilotandPrompt Engineering best practices.
• Designing and automating workflows with thePower Platform(Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Writing and optimizing SQL queries and basic programming scripts to support data analysis and integration tasks.
• ApplyingAzure AI Fundamentalsknowledge to develop proof-of-concept solutions.
• UsingGit version controlto collaborate on code and manage project files.
• Participating in structured problem-solving sessions to address technical challenges.
• Engaging in proactive learning to stay current with emerging AI and data technologies.

Required Skills:

• Understanding ofcore programming conceptsand SQL.
• Familiarity withMicrosoft Copilotand AI-assisted productivity tools.
• Experience or coursework in thePower Platform.
• Knowledge ofAzure AI Fundamentalsconcepts.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work through structured solution approaches.
• Proactive learner with curiosity for new technologies.
• Ability to useGit version controlfor collaborative development.
• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate and work independently.
