Resource Deployment Manager (RDM)

Job Title: Resource Deployment Manager (RDM).
Location: Irving, TX ([Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage resource deployment and project staffing in collaboration with suppliers.
• Ensure project resourcing is managed to ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate resourcing issues that may impact scheduled deadlines to appropriate Project Managers.
• Utilize Human Capital Management principles.
• Develop and maintain strong business analytics using tools including Tableau and Smartsheet.
• Automate tasks and analyze large datasets.
• Apply professional services and consulting experience to resource management.

• Understanding of Professional Services experience in consulting.
• Experience in technical writing.
• Proven experience in resource management and project staffing with suppliers.
• Human Capital Management knowledge.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Business Analytics proficiency (Tableau, Smartsheet, automate tasks, analyze large dataset).
• Resource Management Certified Professional (RMCP) certification.
• Highly analytical with an eye for detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• 6-10 or more years of relevant work experience.
