Your technicalexpertisewill be vital as youidentifyproblem areas and opportunities for improvementofa mission-criticalsystem, working closely withgovernmentcounterpartsat the client'ssiteto ensure our systemmeets requirements andremainsoperational.We focus on growing as a team, soyou'llshare yourexpertisethrough leadership and mentoring as you helpourteamaddresschallenges and develop new methodologies.You'llidentifynew opportunities to modernize the network to help your customers meet their needs. You Have:

  • 5+ years of experiencewith systems administration of Windows systems, including system management, application and software patching, optimization and monitoring of network servers, and management of network shares

  • 5+ years ofexperiencewithmanagement of Windows Server and Workstationsin anActiveDirectorydomainand with management ofvirtual machines

  • 2+ years of experience performing system and network hardening using DoD Security Requirements Guides (SRGs) and DoD Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs)

  • 2+ years of experience with SCAP benchmarks and using vulnerability scanning toolssuch asSCC, Nessus,and ACAS

  • 1+ years of experience with management ofLinuxworkstations, including Ubuntu

  • Knowledge of backup and recovery of systems

  • Ability toindependentlymanageday-to-daytasks withinschedule

  • Top Secret clearance

  • Bachelor'sdegree

  • Cloud+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+, SSCP,SecurityX, CASP+, CCNP Security, CCSP, FITSP-O, or GFAACT Certification

Nice If You Have:

  • 5+ years of experiencewith Hyper-V orVMware vSphere and vCenter

  • Experience with management of Red Hat Enterprise Linuxsystems

  • Experience managingnetworks usingCisco switches

  • Experience managing a mixture of thin clients and physical workstations

  • Experiencewith automation and scriptingtools

  • Knowledge ofVeritas Backup Execfor backup and recovery of systems

  • Ability to pay strict attention to detail

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • ACAS or Microsoft Certified Associate or ExpertCertification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
