Senior Property Manager
Overview The Senior Property Manager is responsible for all facets of the property(s) in his/her portfolio (approximately 475,000 sq. ft with the potential for expansion), and he/she has a responsibility to ensure the property is managed according to The RMR Group LLC's established procedures. All staff who report to the Senior Property Manager must follow all established guidelines, procedures, and budgets as well. The Senior Property Manager should also have a general knowledge of all building operating systems. Responsibilities Building Operations:

The estimated base compensation range for this position is $130,000 to $150,000 per year.
