What to Expect

We areseekingan experienced and proactive Equipment Operator Supervisor to lead our data collection hardware team. The ideal candidate will oversee a team of Equipment Operators, ensuring high-quality manufacturing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of data collection equipment. This role is essential formaintainingoperational efficiency, enforcing best practices, and driving continuous improvement in our hardware production processes.

Shifts: Monday-Friday(supervisory coverage across both shifts)


What You'll Do
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of Equipment Operators, including training, performance evaluations, and scheduling
  • Oversee assembly of prototype and production-level data collection hardware tomaintainquality and output targets
  • Ensure proper assembly, testing, and inspection of custom wire harnesses with attention to detail
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and test new hardware configurations
  • Develop and enforce best practices for manufacturing, deployment, and quality control
  • Manage troubleshooting and resolution of hardware issues to ensure reliable equipment deployment
  • Utilize tracking tools tomonitorissues, performance metrics, and generate production reports

What You'll Bring
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly (preferably electronics/hardware)
  • Hands-on experience in hardware assembly, troubleshooting, and manufacturing processes
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate, train, and develop team members
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities under pressure to meet deadlines and standards
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams
  • Proficiencyin tracking/reporting tools and implementing process improvements
  • Detail-oriented, proactive approach with technical aptitude and mechanical inclination

    Expected Compensation
    $92,000 - $138,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

    Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
