What You'll Do Day-To-Day

    Manages and coordinates all infrastructure projects regarding information systems, customer service, and security.
  • Ensures that the standards and procedures are followed during design and implementation of information systems.
  • Monitors the systems to ensure the highest level of infrastructure performance.
  • Ensures the security of various information systems and technologies.
  • Oversees the company's customer service (i.e., Help Desk) functions to ensure that end user needs are met.
  • Recommends infrastructure upgrades to improve business efficiency, improve customer service and more closely align the function with the worldwide Framatome group.


What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field with a minimum of 10 years of related experience is required. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Experience in Information Systems executive leadership experience managing dynamic and complex IS organizations.
  • Must have significant experience managing complex networking teams, customer service organizations including help desks, workstation support and IS asset management experience.
  • Expert knowledge of a variety of corporate business functions and processes.

  • Knowledge of available IS technologies and systems. Ability to successfully run projects.

  • Ability to demonstrate change management.

  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with all levels of staff and management, vendors and customers.

  • Ability to change priorities quickly, confront issues directly.

  • Demonstrated leadership ability to manage multiple tasks and projects through subordinates.



Total Rewards Package

  • Salary: $130,000-$176,000 and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
