Job Title: Change Management Manager

Location(s): Atlanta, GA

Job Description:
The Change Management Manager will lead and execute the change management strategy for Project Eclipse, a large-scale transformation initiative focused on building a unified Source-to-Pay organization following Charter's acquisition of Cox Communications. This role is responsible for guiding leaders, teams, and individuals through organizational change, ensuring operational readiness, stakeholder engagement, and sustained value delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy & Planning
    • Develop and implement a structured, phased change management approach aligned with Project Eclipse's vision and objectives.
    • Define success metrics and tracking methods for change adoption and operational readiness.
    • Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and readiness evaluations to anticipate concerns and tailor interventions.
  • Leadership & Engagement
    • Secure executive sponsorship and ensure leadership alignment; empower leaders to champion change and model desired behaviors.
    • Promote active stakeholder participation and ownership throughout the transition.
    • Facilitate workshops, Q&A sessions, and feedback channels to address questions and gather input.
  • Communication & Training
    • Design and deliver clear, consistent and transparent communications using multi-channel tactics (emails, presentations, videos, meetings, newsletters, portals).
    • Develop and execute role-based training and support resources tailored to specific responsibilities.
    • Develop and execute communication plans for initiatives. This includes the development of communications, presentations, talking points, FAQs, one-pagers, videos, scripts, SharePoint sites, etc.
  • Change Implementation & Sustainment
    • Develop comprehensive change management plans that outline the project goals and objectives, scope of change and strategies, processes and tools needed to help people adapt to changes while minimizing disruption and resistance.
    • Monitor adoption metrics, proactively manage resistance and offer coaching and support as needed.
    • Measure outcomes against defined success metrics (efficiency, stakeholder experience, cost savings, synergy realization).
    • Celebrate successes, recognize contributions and embed new practices into standard operating procedures.
    • Ensure transfer of ownership and documentation of change deliverables to operational teams.
  • Risk Management
    • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks proactively, including business disruption, contract complexities, HR challenges, and talent loss.
    • Collaborate across functions (TVM, SCM, HR, legal, finance) to ensure business continuity.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Foster a culture of learning by seeking feedback, measuring outcomes, and refining approaches.
    • Implement lessons learned and optimize operations for sustained benefits.
  • Success Metrics
    • Risk mitigation effectiveness, communication reach and clarity, stakeholder engagement and satisfaction, readiness and adoption rates, operational efficiency improvements.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications
  • Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) highly desirable.
  • Proven experience leading change management for large-scale transformation projects.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex impacts, manage resistance and drive adoption.
  • Experience with project management tools and change management principles, methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to influence change management decisions to guide and shape the direction of organizational change initiatives effectively.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal direction.
