Reporting to the VP of Client Contract Management, this position will serve as a key resource in managing and optimizing the organization's Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes using the Sirion CLM platform. This role is responsible for overseeing contract workflows, ensuring data integrity, generating advanced reports, and providing strategic support during system implementation and beyond. Acting as a subject matter expert, the Senior Analyst will collaborate with legal, procurement, and business teams to ensure compliance, mitigate risk, and maximize the value of the CLM system. JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Lead configuration and administration of Sirion CLM workflows and templates.
2. Develop and maintain advanced dashboards and reporting for contract KPIs, obligations, and compliance metrics. 3. Oversee data migration and validation during implementation to ensure accuracy and completeness. 4. Design and implement obligation management processes to reduce risk and ensure audit readiness. Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to end-users for system adoption. 5. Partner with stakeholders to identify process improvements and leverage automation features. 6. Identify key provisions and non-standard language that need to be catalogued and maintain contract database. 7. Identify trends that can impact other areas of the Company, and present opportunities for process improvement. 8. Conduct audits of current client agreements to ensure accuracy and completeness, which may also include identifying outlier language or nonstandard terms. 9. Ensure adherence to Company's policies, procedures, and guidelines as well as standards of production and quality. 10. Ensure compliance with HIPAA, privacy regulations, and fraud, waste and abuse regulations and requirements. 11. Demonstrate commitment to the Company's core values. 12. JOB SCOPE:
This position works under general supervision in a self-directed and results oriented manner. This position works within established standards and procedures, relying on a broad range of knowledge gained through experience to complete job responsibilities. This position focuses on the storing and reporting of client contracts and requires an individual who knows and applies a broad knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures related to the reporting of client contracts. The salary range for this position is $95K-$100K. Specific offers take into account a candidate's education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate's work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity. | |
