Clinical Research Supervisor M_PEDS-ADMIN-CORE-RESEARCH Full Time 87481BR Job Summary Supervises staff involved in routine research study coordination. Receives predetermined work assignments that are subject to a moderate level of control and review. Oversees staff in execution of assignments; trains and mentors staff to improve quality and quantity of work. The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $164,300 - $399,100 (Annual Rate). The department is comprised of 20 divisions, employing over 500 faculty, 100 fellows, 91 residents, 31 postdoctoral fellows, non-faculty academics, and 170 staff. The Department has annual clinical income from inpatient and outpatient activities totaling over $100 million and annual extramural funding (contracts and grants) exceeding $40 million. The department ranks 12th in the nation among Pediatric departments for funding from the National Institutes of Health. Required Qualifications
