Job Description

Pay Rate: $17.45 per hour

(Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 7:00pm and 11:59pm. Additional $2.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00am-4:59am)



  • Set up breast/leg processors, change blades as needed and make necessary adjustment
  • .Ensure all machines are operational and making the necessary cuts
  • Record keeping on blades/tools following BRC procedures

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS



  • Must be able to stand for prolong periods of time (8+hrs) on concrete floor.
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision
  • Must be able to lift 50 pound
  • Requires basic math skills
  • Able to work safely around sharp blades
  • Capable of using mechanical type tools (i.e., different sets of wrenches)
  • Other duties as assigned
