Responsibilities Job Responsibilities: The Nurse Midwife will be responsible for obtaining and documenting in the electronic medical record a detailed medical history of each patient, including chief complaint, present condition, individual and family history. The midwife will perform appropriate physical examinations of each patient, analyze results from tests and personal examinations in order to access the medical condition of each patient to provide medical treatment related to Obstetrical Care. The midwife will perform Obstetrical deliveries in alignment with scope of practice. Qualifications Required: None Master's degree National Nurse Practitioner (NNP) AND Nurse Practitioner (NP) AND Nurse Midwife (State) AND Registered Nurse (RN). Desired: Three years as labor and delivery nurse. Doctor of Nursing Practice
