Grainger is recruiting for 2026 Summer Internships inEarly inCareer (EIC) Talent Acquisitionat our Lake Forest, IL location. TheEIC TAInternship Program is a full-time, paid, 10-week programdesigned to providecollege students with practical experience intalent acquisition.TheEIC TAIntern will gain broad exposure to key business functions while supporting strategic and operational initiativesinEarly inCareer TalentAcquisition. You Will: Grainger's Early in Career Talent Acquisition Internship Program is designed to provide college students with opportunities to enhance their technical and transferable skills in Talent Acquisition through business-critical project work.You will be involved in different activities including a comprehensive onboarding program, structured development sessions, Meet and Greets with executive leaders, peer mentorship, fun social events and more. You will report to the EIC Talent Acquisition Manager. As a team member you will gain: Experience seeing a business-critical project through from start to finish Common projectsinclude:improvingthe candidate and business partner experience in the recruitment process,determiningwhere AI and automation can be used to driveefficiency, evaluatingour school strategy through ROI analysis Broad Exposure tokey stakeholders and leaders across the organization. Develop technical skills withtools such asSmartSheetsand Power Automate You Have: Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher Currentlyenrolled in a college or university and working towards a bachelor's degree Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to fast-paced environments. KnowledgeinMicrosoft Office tools. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective partnerships.
