This internship is full-time during the Summer of 2026 with the potential to work part-time during the academic year. The hourly rate for this internship is $20.30 with paid company holidays. We employ students for summer and year-round opportunities to help design creative cost effective systems and equipment that keep the energy flowing to our customers in a safe and reliable manner. WEC Energy Group offers a variety of opportunities for students seeking hands-on experience that are currently enrolled in a four-year degree program. Students work with experienced members of these functional teams. The Fleet Department is in charge of ordering new equipment and maintaining the equipment. This position supports both the acquisition team and the maintenance team. As part of the fleet team you will interact regularly with many different departments within the organization. End Date: 03/13/2026 Pay Range Minimum: $20.30 Pay Range Maximum: $23.43 The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum for the position at the time of posting and may be modified in the future. The starting salary/pay within the pay range will be based on several factors, as applicable, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, shift, travel requirements, collective bargaining agreements, and business and organizational needs.
