Client Relations Associate

This position is responsible for managing daily client relations and inquiries at the KODAK Film Lab in New York, including responding to all client emails and phone calls, managing client engagement agreements, redirecting client enquiries to the appropriate dept. heads, managing services quotes (with support from the Lab Manager) and invoicing.

Responsbilities:

* Front-of house point of contact for the lab during daytime business hours
* Greet all clients and answer inbound telephone and email inquiries - redirecting as appropriate
* Meet and greet client drop-offs and walk-ins for services
* Help clients to book lab services - point customer to and assist with online booking form and lab quotes
* Ensure clients complete lab agreement forms and redirect lab T&Cs inquiries
* Assist in scheduling work for the lab by prioritizing jobs
* Manage client feedback and concerns -communications with the production managers, post supervisors, DP's as well as post-production houses
* Invoicing - SAP creation of invoices and provision to client
* POS - Manage credit card payments at the lab
* Assist with sales - selling lab services, scanning and other services.
* Represent KODAK Film Lab, NY and Motion Picture at local industry events
* Maintain/update Production Weekly Chase List - w/consult from Anne Hubbell, VP Film Sales, Eastern Region
* Eastern Region Music Film and Commercial order management (notify Marketing for shot-on-film list updates)
* Assist with film returns paperwork and processes
* Other duties as assigned
* Role is in-person Monday-Friday

Prerequisite requirements:
* Proficiency in oral and written English language communication
* Willingness to work cooperatively with others
* Detail-oriented
* Able to manage multiple tasks and projects under time constraints
* Previous experience using email, Internet, Windows and Microsoft Office and other applicable computer systems
* Knowledge of SAP is preferred
* Well organized
* High school diploma or GED
* Physical and mental requirements for facilities personnel
* Passion for analog filmmaking and movies
