Regional Manager, Hearing Care - AudioNova

Now Hiring 3 Regional Managers
Each role supports a dedicated regional territory:



  • Region 208: Pennsylvania
  • Region 207: New York, Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Maine & New Hampshire
  • Region 219: Arizona, Colorado & Wyoming


Location: Hybrid (must reside within assigned region)
Compensation: $60,000-$80,000 base + 10% bonus
Relocation Bonus Available

About the Role

The Regional Manager, Hearing Care plays a critical leadership role in supporting and developing our Hearing Care Coordinators (HCCs). You'll partner closely with clinic and regional leaders to ensure exceptional patient experiences, operational excellence, and strong regional performance.

This is a hands-on leadership position focused on coaching, training, compliance, and performance management, while driving engagement, process improvement, and company initiatives. You'll lead by example, bring energy to the role, and help create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and care.

What You'll Do

Team Leadership & Development



  • Lead, coach, and develop a regional team of Hearing Care Coordinators
  • Support recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and ongoing performance management
  • Conduct coaching conversations, address performance concerns, and complete annual performance reviews
  • Approve PTO and manage timecards through ADP
  • Foster collaboration and mentoring partnerships across the region


Operations & Performance



  • Monitor scheduling, capacity, demand, and completed evaluations
  • Drive achievement of KPIs related to HCC performance and demand generation
  • Review regional financial dashboards, collections, and transactional accuracy
  • Oversee inventory control and transactional compliance
  • Ensure accurate insurance benefit checks and proper documentation
  • Identify trends, address errors, and reinforce SOP adherence consistently


Training & Subject Matter Expertise



  • Serve as a subject matter expert on company systems, policies, and processes
  • Deliver ongoing training beyond initial onboarding
  • Train HCCs on best practices for scheduling, systems, compliance, and patient experience
  • Support continuous improvement through process optimization


Marketing & Community Engagement



  • Coach and support HCCs at local events, community outreach, and Better Hearing Events (BHEs)
  • Evaluate ROI for local events and partnerships
  • Train teams on centrally driven marketing campaigns and patient follow-up
  • Ensure marketing materials are current, compliant, and on brand
  • Provide monthly regional KPI and marketing performance reports
  • Support annual employee engagement initiatives (HearMe Survey) and action planning

What We're Looking For

Education



  • Bachelor's degree preferred


Experience



  • 2+ years in a healthcare environment preferred
  • Prior people management experience preferred
  • Training or coaching experience preferred
  • Customer service experience required
  • Hearing care or hearing aid industry experience is a plus


Skills & Abilities



  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Relationship-building across patients, physicians, and clinical teams
  • High level of organization and accountability
  • Empathy-driven leadership style
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Experience with Sycle.net is a plus
  • Working knowledge of HIPAA regulations
