We are seeking a highly motivated Partner Account Manager to join our Digital Identity and Fraud division within LSEG Risk Intelligence. This role is pivotal in driving growth and retention across strategic partner accounts, with a strong emphasis on Identity Verification, Fraud Prevention, and Payments Solutions. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, commercially savvy, and passionate about building long-term relationships that deliver mutual success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Growth & Retention

    • Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand partner relationships and drive revenue growth.
    • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Digital Identity and Fraud solutions.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement and value delivery.
  • Partner Relationship Management

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partner accounts, fostering trust and collaboration.
    • Align partner objectives with LSEG's Digital Identity and Fraud portfolio to maximize joint success.
    • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Marketing, and Support) to deliver seamless partner experiences.
  • Commercial & Strategic Execution

    • Negotiate commercial terms and manage renewals to ensure long-term profitability.
    • Monitor account performance, pipeline, and forecast accuracy to meet or exceed targets.
    • Provide insights on market trends, partner needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategy.
  • Customer Advocacy & Enablement

    • Act as a trusted advisor to partners, ensuring they leverage LSEG solutions effectively.
    • Deliver training, enablement, and support resources to enhance partner capabilities.
    • Represent the voice of the partner internally to influence product development and service improvements.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience:

    • 5+ years in account management, partner management, or business development within Identity, Fraud, Payments, or related technology sectors.
    • Proven track record of growing accounts and maintaining high retention rates.
  • Skills:

    • Strong commercial acumen with experience in negotiating complex agreements.
    • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge:

    • Familiarity with Digital Identity, KYC, AML, Fraud Prevention, and Payment ecosystems.
    • Understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in financial services.
