Overview The HRIS Analyst is a key member of the team and a subject matter expert for HR systems and tools. This role ensures successful and accurate administration, operation, and alignment of the systems with the company's strategic objectives and goals. The HRIS Analyst ensures data integrity and focuses on data analysis and system administration, contributing to timely, reliable, and accurate information by performing data quality control, reporting, case management, and entry services for the HR Systems. The HRIS Analyst will be part of a collaborative team environment where they will be continually learning, doing meaningful work, and adding value to our organization. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain HRIS systems data and data integrity within the system(s) through query review and data analysis; follow up to ensure timely research and resolution of any data updates necessary or to address issues that may arise.Responsible for monitoring system imports and exports for internal and external integrations. Troubleshooting errors and escalating when necessary. Systems Analyst for all new integrations and their lifecycle. Perform case management on all inquiries to ensure that all necessary actions are taken throughout their lifecycles: identify inquiries requiring additional action by peer collaborators; return and correct inquiry "cases" requiring clarification or other missing/incorrect information; research discrepancies, identify root causes and communicate in end usersDevelop, maintain and support a variety of custom reports utilizing appropriate reporting tools; Development custom reports and dashboards for ongoing organizational needs - summarize and translate report data into organized and useable/actionable content; support legal compliance reporting and requirements, including, but not limited to EEO, AAP, and OFCCP Recommend process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes and/or major variations from established policy that must be approved by appropriate leadership prior to implementation
