REGISTERED NURSE - EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT - 36 HOURS WEEKLY - NIGHT SHIFT

This position is located at the 26 Mile Road Campus.

Full Time Benefit Eligible

Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, Three 12-hour shifts per week, Rotating every other weekend

GENERAL SUMMARY:

Unit Description:

Henry Ford Medical Center New Baltimore's Emergency Department is a 7-bed department staffed by RNs and Physicians providing access to 24/7 emergency medicine, primary and specialty care, and diagnostic services. Our department is located east of I-94 at 26-mile road and aims to improve the health and wellness of the Southern St. Clair and Northern Macomb County communities. We welcome candidates with at least one year of prior critical care experience. Come join our team!

• Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care.
• Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and family.
• Effectively communicates pertinent patient/family information to health care team.
• Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions.
