JOB SUMMARY * Bank Reconciliations: Performing regular bank reconciliations to verify account balances and address discrepancies. This activity ensures the accuracy of financial records and the integrity of transactions. * Financial Reporting and Analysis: Preparing detailed reports on treasury activities and conducting financial analyses provides valuable insights for strategic decision-making, ensuring accuracy and clarity in financial information dissemination. * Issue Resolution: Serve as the escalation point for cash related issues and provide timely resolution. Coordinate issues with external departments as needed for resolution. * Audit Support, and Process Improvement: Ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations, supporting audits, and leading process improvement initiatives are essential to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within treasury functions. Continuous assessment and enhancement of treasury processes aim to streamline operations, improve accuracy, and reduce risk. QualificationsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Experience: Five (5) years of related experience. License/Certification: N/A KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES These are the observable and measurable attributes and skills required to perform successfully the essential functions of the job and are generally demonstrated through qualifying experience, education or licensure/certification. * Business Expertise: Ability to analyze financial trends and make informed decisions that support the hospital's financial health. * Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve financial discrepancies, optimize cash flows, and manage financial risks. Ability to devise innovative solutions to complex challenges related to liquidity, investments, and operational efficiencies. Skilled in forecasting and strategizing to address potential financial issues before they arise. * Level of Responsibility: High degree of accountability for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of financial operations. * Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills for effective interaction with internal stakeholders and external partners, such as banking institutions. Ability to collaborate and build relationships across departments to align strategies and ensure cooperative decision-making.
