CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking an experienced and collaborative HR Business Partner to join our Human Resources Team in Indianapolis, IN; Columbus, OH; Tampa, FL; or Wilmington, DE. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, helping align people strategies with business goals while fostering an engaged, productive, and compliant workplace. You'll be a key partner in supporting our teams, strengthening our culture, and driving sustainable growth. What You'll Do:

Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
