We are currently pursuing a proposal and are seeking qualified candidates to include in our submission and identify candidates for future hiring needs on the program once awarded. For this position, we are seeking a talented individual to join AIS as a Program Manager. As your initial project assignment, you will support the unique needs of our client as a Partner Success Manager (PSM).Position Overview The Partner Success Manager (PSM) serves as a Deputy Program Manager for a large-scale government contract, playing a critical role in ensuring successful execution of the BPA. This position requires a deep understanding of large-scale government contracts, partner relationships with subcontractors and ideally CTA members, and performance requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in managing complex IT projects, and the ability to remove barriers for subcontractors and partners to ensure mission success. Person must show ability to create and refine program infrastructure such as templates, playbooks, and best practices. Secret clearance required. This is a proposal-based position; employment is contingent upon contract award and funding availability. Key Responsibilities
