HR Intern

About the Role

We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team in Sioux Center, Iowa. This internship offers hands-on experience across multiple areas of HR, including recruiting, onboarding, and HR operations. It's an excellent opportunity for a student interested in gaining real-world exposure within a growing organization.


What You'll Do


  • Assist with recruiting activities such as resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication



  • Support onboarding and orientation for new employees



  • Help maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation



  • Assist with posting open positions and supporting internship programs



  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team



  • Participate in HR projects focused on process improvement and employee experience




What We're Looking For


  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field



  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills



  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism



  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment



  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)



  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
