Graduate/International Credentials Analyst

The Office of Graduate Admission is seekinga Graduate/International Credentials Analyst to join their team. This position will analyze the academic records of graduate applicants and enforce University-wide requirements for graduate admission.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Reviews, interprets, and evaluates student records and calculates a qualitative assessment of domestic and foreign credentials for graduate applicants.

  • Maintains currency on University policies affecting admissions.

  • Liaises with academic department representatives on campus to ensure compliance with graduate and international admission policies and procedures.

  • Assists in outreach activities aimed at graduate student populations.

Desirable but not required:

Knowledge of languages

  • Experience working in a university setting

  • International experience

The hourly rate for this position is $26.00. Minimum Skills: Knowledgeable about international educational credentials to evaluate any document or transcript presented. Counsels students with heterogeneous backgrounds. Strong oral and written communication skills.
Preferred Skills: Admissions experience in a university setting. Knowledge of languages. Overseas experience. Computer skills.
