To succeed as a Financial Analyst – Operations, you must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 1+ years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, operations, or data-driven roles; manufacturing or industrial exposure a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and business systems; familiarity with SAP or ERP platforms is advantageous
• Demonstrated analytical, detail-focused, and organized work style with a collaborative and service-oriented approach
• Flexibility to support extended hours during peak cycles and participate in on-site or cross-functional work as needed

As a Financial Analyst – Operations, you will:

• Support Accounts Payable and Hydrocarbon Management processes, including invoice processing, reconciliations, and vendor coordination
• Participate in cross-functional projects and contribute to process improvement initiatives
• Assist with month-end and year-end close activities, reporting, and data accuracy
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and audit requirements
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and external stakeholders to resolve issues and support business needs
