Senior Accountant: Managing Assets and Driving Financial Integrity

We are seeking a Finance Specialist responsible for the precise management of key financial processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy across multiple entities. Key Responsibilities Include: * Asset System Management: Taking full responsibility for the maintenance and management of Mosaic's asset management system. * Transaction Execution: Efficiently completing all critical funds transfers, including deposits, ACHs, wires, and book transfers from Mosaic accounts. * Financial Reporting: Preparing accurate and timely Affiliate financial statements. * General Ledger Oversight: Executing essential month-end procedures, including the preparation of monthly journal entries and the thorough reconciliation of general ledger accounts.
