Job Overview

The Access Control Coordinator provides access to parking structures and property for CHCO; responsible for billing and assorted administrative duties.

Additional Information
Department Name: Parking and Access Control
Job Status: PRN, As Needed.
Shift: Day, 7:30am to 4:00pm. In person role.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Administers and maintains parking and access control systems, including issuing badges and managing entry permissions for CHCO facilities. Provides support to employees and non-employee personnel to ensure seamless access.
  • Handles billing tasks related to parking fees, including processing payments, coordinating payroll deductions, balancing cash or check transactions, and managing credit card payments with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Performs clerical and administrative duties to support supervisors and the department. Responsibilities include maintaining organized records, interfacing with stakeholders, coordinating referrals, and scheduling meetings, appointments, or conferences.
  • Delivers exceptional customer service to walk-in visitors and via phone, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • 5. Develops, documents, and maintains clear parking policies and procedures to ensure compliance and operational consistency.

Salary Information
Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.

Hourly Range: $24.48 to $36.72
