What is the role about?

A Product Marketing Manager is responsible for the success of the technologies for which he or she is responsible. This requires effective communication, proactive planning and execution of strategic initiatives, and promotion of these technologies in a wide range of settings.

Which tasks will you perform?

  • Provide leadership, marketing direction, and build a strategic vision for the assigned Endress+Hauser product portfolio.
  • Maintain an understanding of Endress+Hauser product offerings as a whole.
  • Identify, analyze, and proactively promote product opportunities throughout strategic industries and areas of opportunity.
  • Deploy product tactics collaborating across sales and industry managers.
  • Explore and develop local capabilities such as training opportunities.
  • Build and maintain an accurate business portfolio including national pricing, discounting guidance, and profit margin targets.
  • Gather and act upon local marketing intelligence.
  • Explain and promote assigned products' value, fit for market, total available market, and the pathway to achieve growth targets.

What do we expect from you?

You will have (required):

  • BS in Engineering, Electronics, Physics, Chemistry, Marketing or equivalent related experience
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, service, and/or application engineering in automation and instrumentation industries
  • Ability to travel up to 30% (including international travel when required)

  • Knowledge of automation and control engineering

  • Ability to transfer knowledge
