What to Expect
Support the Tesla HR system team focused on delivering a highly scalable Application for growing Tesla workforce across the global regions. Responsible to provide successful implementation and management of Tesla services (applications) in the production environments and Provide Level II support to ensure the service meets the quality, security and compliance standards, providing the documentation for the ongoing support and maintenance of the systems.
What You'll Do
- Responsible for applying operation break fixes and other proactive maintenance activities to keep the services up and running
- Database Experience with advanced SQL Skills
- Responsible for evaluating the Issues reported by Tesla internal users and clients and providing ongoing solutions
- Responsible for owning a specific production problem and provide active coordination between various groups including internal and external vendor support groups in resolving a specific problem
- Determine configuration and operational requirements for development team
- Participate and determine root cause for service failure and support escalation
- Ensure highest standards met for security-best practices in all development using principles of Software design, algorithm development, data structures, code modularity and maintainability
- Partner closely with security team for code analysis and design reviews using .NET Framework, .NET Core, package management, and dependency injection
- Perform process bug reports and release fixes; and participate in code reviews and Agile processes
What You'll Bring
- Degree in Engineering in Computer Science or equivalent in experience
- Design and develop high quality, scalable and stable web applications and/or backend services using .NET with C#
- Develop client-side applications that connect with web services
- Develop back-end web services and write SQL queries using MYSQL
- Familiarity with GoLang, Python is added advantage
- Ensure highest standards met for security-best practices in all development using principles of Software design, algorithm development, data structures, code modularity and maintainability
- Experience in monitoring production services using Splunk, Grafana and other alert services
- Partner closely with security team for code analysis and design reviews using .NET Framework, .NET Core, package management, and dependency injection
- Perform unit testing; process bug reports and release fixes; and participate in code reviews and Agile processes
- Good verbal and written communication skills is preferred

Expected Compensation
$120,000 - $180,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
