Location(s): Dallas, TX
(Hybrid: Effective 3/1 - Onsite 3 days per week

• ServiceNow CSA & CAD (Mandatory)

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong experience with custom scripting within the ServiceNow platform.
• Expertise in Service Portal, UI, and Workspaces.
• Strong knowledge of APIs and ACLs.
• Plugin upgrade experience.
• ITIL process knowledge.
• CMDB implementation and management.
• TPRM (Third Party Risk Management) experience.
• ServiceNow CSA & CAD certifications - Mandatory
