Location: Bethesda, MD (2 Days Onsite - May increase as Client needs change) Position Title: UI/UX and 508, Associate Clearance: Public Trust Job Overview: LCG is seeking a UI/UX and Section 508, Associate will support Client's ITAC by designing, validating, and governing user interface and user experience solutions for enterprise web and application systems across the ITAC portfolio. This role is responsible for producing ITAC-compliant UI/UX artifacts, leading usability and accessibility validation efforts, and ensuring all user interfaces meet Section 508 and WCAG 2.x accessibility standards prior to development and release. The associate will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, QA, and accessibility SMEs to ensure that user-centered design principles, accessibility compliance, and ITAC UI/UX standards are consistently applied throughout the software development lifecycle, including modernization initiatives and new application development. Compensation and Benefits The projected compensation range for this position is $60,000 to $90,000 per year benchmarked in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
