Location: Bethesda, MD (2 Days Onsite - May increase as Client needs change) Position Title: DBA / ETL Developer, Associate Clearance: Public Trust Job Overview: LCG is seeking a DBA / ETL Developer, Associate who will support Client's ITAC by providing enterprise database engineering, ETL development, and data modernization services across mission-critical applications and data platforms. This role is responsible for maintaining data integrity, resolving production data issues, developing and optimizing ETL pipelines, supporting database modernization and migrations, and ensuring compliance with federal data governance, security, and audit requirements. The DBA / ETL Developer will work closely with application development teams, Enterprise Architecture, cybersecurity, analytics, and DevOps stakeholders to ensure reliable, performant, and traceable data solutions throughout the full SDLC in alignment with ITAC standards and delivery processes. Compensation and Benefits The projected compensation range for this position is $100,000 to $150,000 per year benchmarked in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Salary at LCG is determined by various factors, including but not limited to role, location, the combination of education/training, knowledge, skills, competencies, certifications, and work experience.
