Job Description:

Our Orlando Distribution Center is seeking a dynamic and motivated Senior Maintenance Technician to join our team. This is a chance to work for a company that has the rare mix of being a fun, Vet high-paced and professional work environment. This candidate should be well-rounded in industrial, mechanical, and electrical components. Someone who has repair experience and knowledge of a broad range of complex facility systems. This position requires excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to perform complex technical tasks.

Compensation: $28.00/hr. + $2.00 shift differential

Shift Details: Saturday to Tuesday, 7:00 am - 5:30 pm, or until tasks are completed.

What You'll Do

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and electromechanical systems
• Support and improve equipment such as conveyors, AFrames, printers, strappers, compressors, and other automated technologies
• Read and interpret electrical schematics
• Lead and mentor junior maintenance staff
• Work with vendors and contractors to resolve issues
• Learn new systems as technology evolves

What You Bring

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills (relay logic to microprocessor controls)
• Knowledge of mechanical, HVAC, and electrical systems (AC/DC drives, PLCs, UPS, compressors, etc.)
• Ability to work nights, holidays, and occasional shortnotice callins
• Quick learner with solid problemsolving skills

Preferred

• NEC knowledge and light electrical construction experience
• Experience with LOTO, OSHA, and work order systems
• Technical degree or trade certification
