We are seeking a highly experienced, independent, hands-on WMS Solution Architect to lead the design, integration, and implementation of warehouse management and automation solutions across our North American distribution network. As a key member of the Enterprise Applications team, this role will support a complex aftermarket automotive parts business with over 500,000 SKUs, 15 distribution centers (DCs), and a mix of owned and 3PL-operated facilities - including several DCs approaching 1 million square feet. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in at least one tier-1 WMS platform (e.g., Manhattan, Blue Yonder, SAP EWM), strong knowledge of SAP ECC WM and/or EWM, and hands-on experience with warehouse automation technologies such as Vertical Lift Modules (VLMs), Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs), pick-to-light systems, and conveyor-based solutions. The ideal candidate would be local to our corporate headquarters in the Philadelphia suburbs, but since this role involves travel to our warehouses once a month or so, we will consider candidates local to one of our distribution centers (KY, TN, IN).
