The Professional Development and Lifelong Learning (PDL) Registration Team is looking for student workers to help with several customer service and administrative functions, including responding to routine emails and phone calls, assisting with data entry for registration databases, providing basic technical troubleshooting for learners registering in and attending non-credit offerings, and other duties as assigned. We are looking for students who can be available 8-16 hours per week for shifts during business hours of 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. This is a remote position. Work schedules can vary based on your course schedule. Work for a phenomenal team and College that's student and staff-centered! The registration team provides registration services, financial processing, and first-tier customer service to learners participating in non-credit professional development programs, conferences, and personal enrichment programming housed in the College of Continuing and Professional Studies (CCAPS). Pay Range: $15.25/hour; depending on education/qualifications/experience Please visit the Office of Student Health Benefits website for more information regarding benefit eligibility. Student workers are eligible to participate in the Student Health Benefit Plan, if they maintain 6 or more eligible course credits within a given semester.
