Cross Practices is the backbone of Americas Professional Services, defining frameworks that empower delivery teams and Adobe customers. The team drives strategy, governance, and delivery excellence across APS solutions while guiding new offerings. What You'll Do:
As a senior leader you will combine deep technical expertise with strategic oversight across the practice. This role is crafted for a seasoned consultant who has not only led complex client engagements but also drives transformation across tools, processes, and delivery standards at an enterprise level. You will also play a meaningful role in Services pre-sales process. You will ensure defining project scope and managing sales efforts set delivery teams up for success.
Strategic Technical Leadership
As a recognized leader, you've architected and led enterprise-scale integrations within the Adobe digital marketing platform, aligning client goals with Adobe standards. You'll serve as a technical authority across multiple domains mentoring consultants and shaping solution design and future technology direction. You'll assess current architecture and marketing capabilities. You will partner closely with cross functional groups to ensure seamless collaboration and excellent delivery.
Cross-Practice Delivery Oversight
Lead project execution reviews, using delivery frameworks to promote consistency and excellence. Establish and evolve delivery inspection and healthcheck mechanisms to surface execution risks, validate readiness, and strengthen delivery reliability. Identify delivery gaps and systemic risks, recommending pragmatic improvements to processes, tooling, and engagement models. Collaborate with Engagement and practice leads to champion continuous improvement. Align project leadership with business strategy, IT roadmap, and technical teams. Communicate technical and business strategies clearly to diverse audiences.
Executive-Level Enablement & Transformation
Collaborate with senior Adobe leaders to accelerate innovation by improving tools, methodologies, and workflows. Lead modernization initiatives for delivery platforms using technology insights to streamline collaboration and boost efficiency. Champion Professional Services in executive forums, shaping strategic roadmaps, inspiring change management, and enabling enterprise-wide success.
Post Sales-to-Delivery Gap Inspection
The ideal candidate ensures projects start strong and finish flawlessly. You'll validate handoff docs and SOWs for feasibility, alignment, and risk. Collaborate with Sales and Solution Architects to close scoping gaps and improve selling practices. Act as the bridge from deal close to kickoff, refining templates and enablement. Enhance inspection tools and reporting to spot risks early and drive continuous improvement.

Expected Pay Range: Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $175,600 -- $340,900 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.In California, the pay range for this position is $235,400 - $340,900 In Colorado, the pay range for this position is $201,800 - $292,300 In Illinois, the pay range for this position is $201,800 - $292,300 In Washington, the pay range for this position is $214,800 - $311,100 At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
