As an Assistant Dietary Manager you will be critical to the operations of the Dietary Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of food quality they have grown to expect at Avantara Norton by assisting in planning and directing all aspects of the Dietary Department, supervising Dietary Staff, ensuring department cleanliness and ensuring residents receive meals that meet their nutritional needs. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they receive a pleasant and safe dining experience.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent and food sanitation certification. Two (2) years of Assistant Dietary Manager experience in a healthcare setting and State of South Dakota and Dietary Manager Certification (C.D.M.) are preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
