The Opportunity This position supports the Director of University Budget and the Executive Director of Finance and Budget in the daily operations of the University Budget Office and Finance and Budget functions. Responsible for performing essential functions within the University Budget Office, which may include position management and salary savings tracking; coordination of various budget projects throughout the year; ongoing communication and consultation on financial matters with faculty and staff at all levels of the University; delivery of training to assist cost center managers and specialists in understanding fiscal responsibility and the use of information systems; preparation of regular and ad hoc reports and analyses; budget preparation and analysis; review and processing of budget requests; and other budget-related activities as assigned.
