Join Our Summer 2026 Marketing Internship Program

We are seeking exceptional Marketing talent for our Summer 2026 Internship Program, a 10-12 week experience designed to develop future Masimo leaders.

This internship offers students a unique opportunity to apply their business expertise and diverse experiences to make an immediate impact in an innovative, fast-paced environment. The focus will be at the intersection of healthcare and sustainability, addressing strategic business challenges that shape the future of our business and our industry.

What You'll Do

Throughout the program, you'll gain broad tactical and strategic marketing experience within the Global Marketing team.



  • Tackle strategic business opportunities with exposure to multiple business partners and cross-functional teams.
  • Focus on evolving and executing the company's sustainability strategy.
  • Support customer-facing sustainability programs and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Sales to gather insights and align marketing strategies with customer needs.
  • Contribute to global product or service strategies, including value propositions, segmentation, positioning, and lifecycle management.
  • Partner with R&D to understand and prioritize product enhancements
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of sustainability requirements for leading hospitals and competitor initiatives in patient monitoring.
  • Translate customer insights into product messaging and positioning.


Qualifications

Required:



  • Must be an active university student; alumni and students graduating in May/June 2026 are not eligible.
  • Ability to demonstrate strong decision-making, project management, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excel in applying problem-solving, organizational, communication, and analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to innovate and collaborate across a matrixed organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


Preferred:



  • Academic background or proven interest in healthcare, marketing, and/or environmental science.


Location:



  • This position will report on-site in Irvine, CA.


Compensation:

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $22/hr - $25/hr
