Position: Shift Manager

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity with real visibility and room to grow.

Hours & Pay



  • Pay Rate: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
  • Primary Schedule:

    • Friday-Sunday, 6:00 PM-6:00 AM
    • Saturday shift ends at 4:00 AM


  • Training Requirement:

    • Mandatory training for 2-3 weeks on Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:00 PM




What You'll Do



  • Conduct daily check-ins and maintain strong engagement with on-site staff
  • Support on-site recruiting efforts to meet staffing needs
  • Track attendance and ensure accurate documentation
  • Maintain clear, professional communication with customers and internal teams
  • Enforce safety standards and reinforce company safety policies
  • Facilitate on-site orientations as needed
  • Counsel employees and address performance concerns constructively
  • Assist with programs designed to improve KPIs and operational performance
  • Oversee timekeeping accuracy and approvals
  • Monitor employee performance throughout each shift
  • Manage daily rosters to ensure full and effective shift coverage


What You Bring



  • Previous supervisory or shift lead experience preferred
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, operational environment
  • Reliable, organized, and confident, leading by example
  • Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus
  • Familiarity with warehouse or distribution environments is a plus
