10+ years of professional experience working as a Business Analyst
Proficiency in creating functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams
Expertise in eliciting and documenting business requirements, business processes, and workflows
Experience with business modeling techniques and tools (e.g., UML, BPMN)
Proficiency in using documentation tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or similar
Proficiency in using data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau)
Proficient in using project management and tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project
Strong experience supporting Software development projects and working in an AGILE environment
Proven knowledge in Agile and SAFe methodologies and their application in scaling those principles
Experience in Cloud migration and/or integrations is highly desired
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Strong presentation skills
Able to explain technical information to non-technical stakeholders
High attention to details
Strong problem solving skills and highly analytical
At least one of the following active certifications: CSM, PMP, CBAP, SSM or Six Sigma is required
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, information systems, or related field is required
DUTIES:
Ideal candidates will be a part of a team tasked with overseeing Client's migration into cloud environment
These candidates will be reviewing potential new tools and technologies and weigh their value in clients new growing cloud environment
Help provide expertise on continuous process improvement strategies, organizational redesign, change management projects, and performance measures for basic business process engagements
Conducts analysis of business processes including: current state analysis, Gap analysis, Benchmarking, Best practices identification, organizational assessment and other related tasks
Help with creation of plan and process improvements for items such as Future state design, Change management and transition plans
Candidates must have solid understanding and wide application of technical principles, theories, and concepts in the field
Candidate will provide oversight for the development and maintenance of quality programs, systems, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance and performance quality
Advise government personnel and delivery partners on process standardization, agile adoption, and digital transformation best practices within the federal environment
Conducts client interviews when needed
May deliver presentations and training courses on measurement, analysis, improvement, and control
May perform cost and benefit analysis
Promote transparency, communication, and alignment across cross-functional teams, including technologists, security experts, product managers, and client stakeholders
Receives assignments in the form of objectives and establishes goals to meet outlined objectives
Provides technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors
Help to identify and define client needs to ensure ideal performance and reporting systems are in place
Advise government personnel and delivery partners on process standardization, agile adoption, and digital transformation best practices within the federal environment
