Summary of Primary Functions: We are seeking an experienced IFS Techno-Functional Professional to lead ERP initiatives across, Finance, Projects, Manufacturing, and HR domains. This role requires a seasoned expert who can seamlessly transition between technical and functional tasks, ensuring optimal system performance and alignment with business objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: All employees are required to follow all Safety and Quality rules and processes to ensure a safe working environment, and the production of high-quality products.

  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert for IFS ERP, driving enhancements and ensuring best practices across all modules.
  • Analyze business processes and recommend ERP configurations to improve efficiency and compliance.
  • Perform both technical and functional tasks, including configuration, customization, and troubleshooting within IFS.
  • Develop and maintain integrations, workflows, and reporting solutions using both IFS Business Reporter and Report Designer.
  • Provide actionable insights to stakeholders through data analysis and visualization.
  • Understanding of cost and corporate accounting functions, posting controls, and financial reporting structures.
  • Ensure accurate financial data flow across projects, manufacturing, and HR modules.
  • Manage roles, securities, and permissions to maintain system integrity and compliance.
  • Oversee user provisioning, access audits, and security best practices.
  • Partner with Finance, HR, and Operations teams to align ERP capabilities with organizational goals.
  • Lead training sessions and create documentation for end-users and technical teams.

Job Specifications or Qualifications:

Certificate, Licenses, Registration: 6 Sigma; Green Belt a plus, IFS Certifications preferred

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Accounting, or related field is preferred
  • 7 to 10 years of experience working with IFS ERP systems in a techno-functional capacity
  • Deep knowledge of Finance, Projects, Manufacturing, Maintenance, and HR modules.
  • Strong system administration skills (roles, securities, permissions).
  • Proven ability to design and implement reporting solutions using IFS Business Reporter.
  • Experience with ERP upgrades, migrations, and multi-site deployments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities.
