Senior Salesforce Developer

We're looking for Senior Salesforce Developer to join Procore's GTM platform Team. In this role, you'll be responsible for the development, administration, and maintenance of the Salesforce platform for Sales ,CPQ and Service ecosystem. This is a tremendous opportunity to build solutions that support the backbone operations of our business.

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you'll partner with other Salesforce Developers/Administrator/Business Analysts and GTM teams to develop high-performance, scalable solutions and maintain the salesforce platform.

This position reports into Sr Manager, Salesforce Platform and will be based in Austin, TX.. We're looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you'll do:

• Design and develop complex Salesforce.com applications and integrations between Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and programmatic logic (Flow, Apex, Lightning, VisualForce, JavaScript, and other technologies)

• Be a key contributor to maintaining the Salesforce platform, ensuring it achieves a best-in-class rating.

• Perform hands-on solution design, prototyping, proof-of-concepts, process design, technical design and implementation/enhancement of automations.

• Innovate and champion new tools, techniques and integration processes to drive reliability and maturity of Procore's Business Systems platforms

• Collaborate with all levels of the technical team and partners to evaluate technical solutions and design trade-offs

• Work in an Agile environment where innovation and teamwork are pillars of success.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or related technical field. Advanced Salesforce certifications are a plus.

• 6+ years of experience in development using Force.com technologies -- Flow, Apex triggers and controllers, Lightning (Aura/LWC), bulk data patterns, governor limits, metadata APIs, SOQL, batch and future patterns, outbound messaging, and web services.

• Experience in providing Innovation solutions to automate business processes and SOX monitoring.

• Design, build and maintain Strong Security and compliance controls in Salesforce.

• Configure and maintain third party integrations with least privilege access.

• Configure Event Monitoring and Security center to proactively manage security and health of the system.

• Innovative and motivated problem solver with top-notch software design and implementation skills

• Salesforce.com certifications (Platform Developer II , Technical or solution architect)

Base Pay Range:
