Job Skills / Requirements

Per Mar Security Services is looking for a Data Entry Specialist to support our growing Sales and Operations teams. This team member's primary responsibility is ensuring all information is accurately entered into our software. A keen attention to detail is required to review documents and navigate multiple software systems while maintaining a high level of accuracy. The ideal candidate will have these characteristics as well as a strong customer service attitude. Job attributes

  • Review quotes from sales representatives for accuracy.
  • Identify missing information and obtain follow up to complete tasks.
  • Accurately add and review work before acceptance into software.
  • Review, approve and process agreements for customers.
  • Assure customer information is submitted to filing software.
  • Answer calls from internal and external customers.
  • Work 1st shift Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
  • Starting pay is $15/hour

Successful candidates must have:

  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
  • Be able to work efficiently and accurately on your own.
  • Flourish in a fast-paced, ever-changing, work environment.
  • Exceptional commitment to your attendance is required.

Education Requirements (All)

High School Diploma/GED
