What You'll Do:

As the PMA-242 Precision Attack Strike Munition (PASM) Senior Program Analyst, you will support the Program Manager in driving planning, execution, and oversight of the U.S. Marine Corps' PASM rapid-prototyping efforts. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented analyst with strong rapid-acquisition expertise, deep familiarity with DoD processes, and the ability to collaborate across engineering, logistics, and program management teams. This will be an on-site position based at NAS Patuxent River, MD.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain core program documentation, including acquisition strategies, milestone plans, and program briefings.
  • Provide responsive data, analysis, and information in support of inquiries and decision-making.
  • Track program accuracy and suspense dates; assess inputs; and identify risks or issues affecting performance and productivity.
  • Conduct research, gather data, and deliver analytical insights to inform recommendations and support Strategic Plan artifacts.
  • Use tools such as Acquisition Program Health Management (APHM) and Acquisition Management System (AMS) to assist IPTLs/DIPTLs in managing PASM program activities.
  • Document meeting minutes, capturing key decisions, action items, and follow-up requirements.
  • Track PASM IPT tasks and action items within the Rapid Prototyping/Middle Tier acquisition framework, coordinating execution and completion reporting.
  • Develop and manage visualization tools to support clear communication and program understanding.

Requirements

What You'll Bring:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
  • 10 years of experience in program management, technical, or business analysis disciplines, including at least 4 years supporting major weapon systems or component development.
  • Experience supporting military programs through acquisition processing, funding actions, status reporting, scheduling, and contract documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Rapid Prototyping / Middle Tier Acquisition (RP/MTA) strategies.
  • Experience managing OTA awards.

Security Clearance Requirement:

  • This position requires U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Secret clearance. Selected candidate will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Salary Range:

  • The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $125,000 - $165,000, commensurate with an individual's experience, qualifications, and skill set. ASEC is committed to providing fair and equitable compensation.
