We're looking for a Registered Nurse to join our team! A people person - you communicate clearly and naturally build trust and confidence with those you serve What you'll do: Collaborate with community healthcare service providers, nutrition services, and behavior specialists to provide individuals served with quality care. Coordinate and oversee all healthcare appointments including appropriate follow-ups. Educate and enable the Direct Support Team to administer medications and perform other tasks according to Mosaic policies and state licensing requirements. Maintain and review medical records of individuals served to monitor pertinent concerns and provide documentation detailing the delegation of healthcare procedures and nursing tasks. Schedule: part time 20 to 24 hours weekly/one shift per week required to be a weekday 8a-4p/flexible on alternate days (for example 10 or 12 hour shifts and/or evening/weekend shifts) Commitment to Mosaic Values: At Mosaic, we believe in creating a workplace where everyone has the chance to contribute and succeed. Requirements Bachelors of Science in Nursing, or the degree required based on State and agency definitions. Minimum of two years of general nursing experience required. State nursing license required. Work requires frequent physical activity including extended periods of standing, walking, and bending with occasional periods of sitting, kneeling, climbing, stooping, crouching, squatting and balancing. Work also requires constant reaching between knee and shoulder level as well as frequent reaching below knee level and overhead. Work requires occasional independent lifting up to 25 pounds, frequent push/pull up to 40 pounds of force and the ability to safely transfer 50 pounds.
